JOB POSITION – CAMPAIGN CO-ORDINATOR.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Make outbound calls to Australian customers with an objective of describing the various products and packages and convincing them to subscribe to their services.
• Meet operational KPIs which have been assigned by the Senior Management
• Assist supervisors, meeting their SLA’s and team targets.
• Ensure that all process knowledge and instructions are adhered to.
JOB ELIGIBILITY :
· Brilliant communication skills.
· Candidates having experience in International Bpo, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales, International Sales, International Voice Process, International Call Centers preferred.
· Freshers with brilliant spoken English are welcome.
JOB DETAILS:
· Fixed Morning Shift(7am-4pm).
· Fixed Shift
· Sunday fixed off.
