Who You Are

Spiceworks Ziff Davis, a division of Ziff Davis, a J2 Company, is hiring a Campaign Coordinator. We are looking for a new team member to provide operational support on accounts that activate a large number of digital marketing and lead generation campaigns per month (average of 12+ campaigns per account).

You will be responsible for managing the launch of campaigns as the primary point of contact for all launch related tasks and campaign related issues with customers. This is a client facing role. You will interface daily with our internal Sales team, Operations team, Legal and Client Success teams.

Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities And Skills

Secure quotes from operational teams and ensure data is received for on time client review in accordance with RFP specifications
Enter and manage sales opportunities in CRM
Prepare, file and retrieve campaign related documents for operational and sales use - including change orders and contracts
Update systems and campaign trackers with account information needed monitor the status of campaign launch
Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and in -sales service
Work with sales and clients to collect proper assets for campaign launch
Execute campaign launch in coordination with multiple internal teams
Monitor and communicate campaign statuses and updates to ensure on time launch and delivery
Coordinate optimizations made with Ops to implement campaign changes

Requirements

2-4 years of experience working as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager or Sales Administrator

Experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce
Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably in the advertising and agency marketplace
Ability to learn and adopt to working in multiple campaign management platforms
Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to work as a team and independently

Location: SWZD is a âWork From Anywhereâ company. We value productivity over the location, so this position may be performed from anywhere - a significant benefit for both the company and the individual team member. SWZD has offices in London, Austin, and India ( Pune and Hyderabad), though physical attendance is at the discretion of employees and their managers.
