Job Description
Visit clients and sites to inventory, audit and ensure floor plans and technical specifications are accurate.
Contact and meet potential clients on a regular basis for new opportunities.
Recommend updates, improvements and strategic changes to management.
Monitor competition and investigate potential clients for market knowledge.
Explain and sell products to potential clients, including ensuring fit.
Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits.
Act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams.
Develop a positive relationship with existing clients for repeat business.
Work closely with marketing teams to create programs.
Generate leads and drive sales.
Develop marketing plans.
Manage vendor contracts.
Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for the company.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call report etc.
Attend trade shows and events to market product.
Develop effective account conversion strategies to accelerate adoption.
Determine product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
Develop an understanding of the product line and value chain.
