Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Strategy:

Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and offline channels.

Define campaign goals, target audiences, key messaging, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content strategies and creative assets.
2. Execution & Coordination:
-
Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within budget.

Work closely with creative, digital, SEO, and media teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and well-executed.

Manage vendor and agency relationships, including print houses, advertising platforms, and event partners.
3. Campaign Optimization:

Monitor ongoing campaign performance through KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, etc.

A/B test campaign creatives, headlines, CTAs, and content to determine what works best.

Recommend improvements and implement changes based on real-time data and feedback.
4. Reporting & Analytics:
-
Compile post-campaign reports to analyze results and derive insights.

Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and social media dashboards.
5. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and audience targeting.

Manage internal approval processes and ensure all stakeholders are informed and on board.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior marketing staff or interns if applicable.
6. Brand Representation & Events:

Support or lead planning for product launches, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

Ensure all campaign materials are consistent with the brand tone, style, and identity.

Occasionally represent the company at events, expos, or campaign activations as needed.
