Roles and responsibilities:

• Creating awareness about Konversations.com and its products
  
• Being a bridge between the students of your campus and the Konversations team
  
• Executing marketing and sales tasks for different Konversations products/programs in and around the campus as directed by your mentor
  
• Creating a database of students for Konversations.com for recruitment challenges
  
• Collecting data, feedback and market research
  
• Sourcing curated content from the students of your college for the platform
  

• You’ll be given certificates and incentives (up to Rs. 5000) which will be decided on the basis of your performance.
  

• You’ll learn about marketing, sales and community building at a local level under the guidance of your mentor and the Konversations Team
  
• You’ll earn performance bonuses for enrolling students for any of our paid programs
  
• You’ll become the hero of your Campus by helping students get placed in renowned brands through Konversations’s recruitment challenges
  

• Once you’ve been shortlisted, we’ll have a telephonic interview to get to know you better.
  

• You need to be a current student (engineering, BBA, and BCom students are preferred)
  
• You’ll be required to start the internship between 1st Aug'18 and 30th Aug'18
  
• You’ll need to be available for the duration of 8 months
  
• And of course, it will be great if you have relevant skills and interests
  

• Apart from the certificate, you’ll also receive a Letter of Recommendation, but the more intangible perks are flexible work hours, learning cool digital concepts with your mentor, and building a community.
