Job Description
Creating and distributing flyers and posters promoting company events.
Managing social media accounts and posting updates about the company's activities.
Organizing and attending campus events, such as workshops or career fairs.
Speaking to students about the company's programs and opportunities.
Collaborating with student organizations to host events or initiatives.
Gathering feedback from students on their experiences with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Representation

Act as the official liaison between the company and your college/university.

Represent and promote the brand’s image, values, and offerings to your peers and faculty.

Be a reliable point of contact for students interested in the company’s products, events, or initiatives.
2. Marketing & Promotions
-
Distribute promotional materials (both digital and physical) such as flyers, posters, brochures, and social media content.

Organize and execute creative campus marketing campaigns, contests, and events to increase awareness and engagement.

Promote the brand actively through your personal and campus-wide social media channels.
3. Student Engagement
-
Encourage students to sign up, participate, or register for the company’s programs, events, apps, or services.

Build and manage a community of student users or followers.

Collect feedback and insights from students to improve marketing strategies and user experiences.
4. Event Coordination
-
Assist in organizing on-campus workshops, seminars, competitions, or information sessions.

Coordinate with faculty, clubs, and societies to host joint events or collaborations.

Ensure adequate turnout and participation at sponsored events and report on outcomes.
5. Reporting & Feedback
-
Submit regular activity and performance reports to the program coordinator or manager.

Share photographs, social media metrics, and feedback from campaigns and events.

Suggest creative ideas and local insights to enhance campus outreach efforts.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presence on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, etc.).
