Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Training and Placement Officers (TPO) and Placement Cells of various colleges
2. Act as a liaison between our organization and college authorities to promote Internship opportunities
3. Promote awareness of our Internship programs among students through various channels
4. Coordinate and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and webinars to highlight the benefits of our Internship opportunities
5. Collaborate with different colleges, societies, and student organizations and internship groups in various social media platforms to amplify outreach efforts
6. Assist in the selection process of interns by facilitating communication between colleges and our hiring team
7. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities in campus outreach efforts
8. Collect and analyze feedback from colleges to enhance our Internship programs
9. Represent our organization at college events, career fairs, and networking sessions
