Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to represent our EdTech company in college/university recruitment drives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with college placement officers, presenting our training and placement programs, and coordinating the recruitment pipeline from identification to onboarding of student candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit colleges and technical institutions to build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions about the company’s offerings, training programs, and job opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align hiring needs and academic calendars of colleges.
  • Plan and execute campus drives, including scheduling, assessment coordination, and interview rounds.
  • Collect and maintain student data, assess eligibility, and assist with initial screening of candidates.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the company and the college regarding hiring-related queries.
  • Support students in understanding the recruitment process, eligibility criteria, and job readiness expectations.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to the HR and Sales team about campus engagement and outcomes.
  • Ensure a positive representation of the company’s brand during all college visits and events.
  • Take part in education fairs, seminars, and placement workshops when required.
