We are looking for Canteen Cooking Staff to prepare and serve fresh, hygienic, and delicious meals for employees/customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk cooking and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and quality in food preparation.

 A Canteen Cooking Staff job involves preparing food, following recipes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and ensuring food safety, all while adhering to dietary requirements and serving customers efficiently. 

Duties:
  • Prepares food items according to recipes and menus, ensuring proper cooking times, temperatures, and portion sizes.
  • Cleans, cuts, prepares, and cooks various ingredients, including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and other dishes.
  • Prepares and cooks items such as breads, rolls, and pastries.
  • May assist with the preparation of salads, soups, and other cold dishes.
