Job Description
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Washes dishes, utensils, pots, and pans manually or using dishwashing machines. Assists kitchen staff with basic prep and organization. Ensures proper disposal of kitchen waste and maintains cleanliness in garbage areas. Refills cleaning supplies and reports shortages. Follows safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines strictly. Organizes and stores kitchen tools and equipment properly. Participates in scheduled deep cleaning of kitchen areas. Handles kitchen equipment with care and reports damages or issues promptly. Works collaboratively with chefs and other staff to support smooth kitchen operations.
