Role OverviewThe office-floor positioned role (Captain) Should lead his team of trained Marshalls by planning & allocating the task of generation onsite situation reports followed by monitoring them.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Planning for Allocating tasks to the team of Marshalls through virtual channels.
• Reviewing the virtual on-site reports generated.
• Monitoring the task accuracy as per the organization’s metrics.
• Managing & controlling the team’s shrinkage.

Qualifying Skills

• Basic English (Reading, Writing, and speaking).
• Fundamental Computer Skills.
