Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential new products to add to the company's offerings
2. Work with the design team to develop product specifications and prototypes
3. Help to maintain accurate product data and inventory information in the company's systems
4. Research and analyze market trends to identify potential new sales opportunities
5. Develop engaging sales materials and presentations
6. Manage inventory and warehouse operations with an organized approach
7. Develop and implement operational processes and procedures that make work fun and efficient
8. Work on scrolling through social media to spot the latest pop culture trends and identify potential new sales opportunities
9. Work on collaborating with the design team to create visually stunning product specifications and prototypes
10. Work on updating the company's systems with accurate product data and inventory information
11. Work on creating fun and engaging social media content to promote new products
12. Brainstorm creative sales strategies that will attract Gen Z customers
13. Build relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
14. Organize inventory and warehouse operations to make it more fun and efficient for employees
