- Waiters are responsible for overall food and beverage service in the restaurant shop floor.
- Good communication skills,should maintain proper grooming standards and look.
- Presentable all the times.cheerful with guests and happy to help all the times.
- Knowledge about food and menu. Must know to punch KOT in POS,
- Up selling the premium food products in the menu.
- Captains or supervisors are responsible for handling team,with their leadership skills.
- Receive the guest and take orders.
- Must be aware of the menu and food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the shop floor and back area,inventory and controls.
