Job Description
We are hiring a reliable and experienced car driver based in Hadapsar, Pune, to provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services within Hadapsar and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should be well-acquainted with Pune roads, traffic rules, and vehicle care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Driving Duties:

Drive company vehicles to transport management, staff, guests, or clients as required.

Maintain punctuality and ensure safe and timely pick-up and drop-off.

Follow the assigned daily schedule and transport plan shared by the reporting authority.

Provide transportation for meetings, airport transfers, office errands, and site visits.
2. Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness:

Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.

Conduct routine inspections such as checking oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, and fuel.

Report any mechanical issues, damage, or servicing requirements immediately to the supervisor.

Schedule and follow up on routine servicing and maintenance of the car.
3. Documentation and Logs:

Maintain a daily log of vehicle movement, fuel usage, mileage, and travel time.

Keep copies of vehicle documents such as insurance, registration, emission certificates, and permits.

Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and updated before expiry.
4. Safety and Compliance:

Always adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Drive within speed limits and follow road signs and signals.

Wear a seatbelt and ensure passengers do the same.

Avoid usage of mobile phones or distractions while driving.
5. Professional Conduct:

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all staff and guests.

Follow appropriate dress code or uniform policy if provided.

Keep communication respectful and avoid unnecessary conversations during travel.

Respect confidentiality when handling sensitive company matters or transporting VIPs.
6. Support Duties:

Assist with loading/unloading luggage, parcels, or materials when required.
