Job Description

Analyze Customers' Wants And Needs To Effectively Recommend Corresponding Products And Services.

Explain The Features And Benefits Of Each Automobile On The Lot.

Inform Customers About Special Promotions And Current Sales.

Negotiate Fair And Profitable Transactions With Customers.

Providing customers with manufacturers' brochures.

Using manufacturers' databases to check the availability of new cars.

Negotiating prices and incentives to buy.

Discussing and arranging finance packages, following strict rules set by the Financial Services Authority.

Processing orders.

Arranging registration plates, road tax and delivery.

Updating customers about the progress of their order.

Carrying out pre-delivery inspections of cars before completing a handover to customers.

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the dealers and other departments.

Work closely with the sales team to develop new business opportunities.

Build relationships with customers by providing information on their needs and preferences; communicating these requirements clearly through written or verbal communication.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining an open dialogue about car sales issues.
