Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Site Car Washing Services:
-
Travel to customer locations (homes, offices, parking lots) as per the daily job schedule.

Perform complete exterior washes including pre-rinse, foam wash, scrubbing, and drying using microfiber cloths.

Conduct interior cleaning such as vacuuming, wiping dashboards, cleaning windows, and removing dust and stains from upholstery.

Provide optional services like tire cleaning, polishing, and dashboard conditioning as per customer request.
2. Customer Interaction:
-
Greet customers professionally and confirm service requirements.

Answer basic questions related to the cleaning process or available services.

Ensure customer satisfaction before leaving the site.

Collect payment (if applicable) or ensure digital payment confirmation.
3. Equipment Handling & Maintenance:

Maintain cleaning kits and supplies such as hoses, pressure washers, buckets, vacuum cleaners, detergents, and microfiber towels.

Check all equipment before use and report any faults or repairs needed to the supervisor.

Ensure cleaning materials are stored safely and used efficiently to avoid wastage.
4. Adherence to SOPs & Hygiene Standards:

Follow the company's standard operating procedures for every car wash.

Use eco-friendly products and water-saving methods as trained.

Wear company uniform and safety gear as per policy.

Maintain cleanliness of the work area during and after each wash.
5. Daily Reporting:

Report job completion, client feedback, and any issues encountered during service to the supervisor.

Submit basic service logs or digital entries through the company app (if applicable).
