Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures including CABG, valve surgeries, vascular surgeries, and thoracic operations.
Evaluate patients through OPD, IPD, and emergency consultations.
Conduct pre-operative assessments and plan surgical interventions.
Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
Coordinate with anesthesiology, ICU, nursing, perfusionists, and allied departments.
Participate in emergency on-call duties for cardiac and thoracic cases.
Maintain accurate medical records and operative notes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH guidelines, and medical ethics.
Guide and supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.
