Job Description
Designation: Care Facilitator
1. Acknowledge the
patient with a smile and greeting Namaste.
2. Staff at this reception will register the new patient, collect consultation charges and guide the patient to the assessment room for a vitals check.
3.Patient bill amount will be collected either by cash/card.
4. After the Nursing assessment (vitals check) the patient's file would be kept in the concerned consultation room as per the appointments.
5. After a consultation if the doctor advises any investigation/procedure. The staff would guide the patient accordingly.
6. Rescheduling of appointments in case of doctors' nonavailability.
7. Attending phone calls and answering all queries.
8.Scanning/printing a copy of the Doctors prescription
9. Counter management.
10. Crowd management.
11. Feedback collection.
