Role : Career Development Executive (Trainee) -The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop a trusting environment while assisting students and parents gain a better understanding of their learning habits and choose the right course.

Responsibility :·

• Identify opportunities through Web/ Telephonic interactions & Marketing events.
• Validate and manage the leads generated through the above-mentioned activities.
• Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure.
• Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly
• Closure by continuous follow-up.
• Provide counselling to students and help them choose the right learning module.
• Willing to travel within city limits & convince the customers (i.e. parents) to purchase Toppscholars learning app to improve their children’s quality of education and academic result.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery and sustain the given targets.

Specifications:

• Candidate should know hindi and Marathi as he will also be managing sales of Marathi app. Average English will be considered
• No gaps in education & career - if thee are gaps there should be valid reasons
• Academics - should be atleast first class throughout
• Candidate should have minimum 1 years of field sales experience OR Six months related field's sales experience.
• Age limit - max 32 years
• Females willing to work until 08.30 pm at night can be considered for the role if they meet the above criteria

Number of requirements - 5 each
Salary to be offered - 20 K to 35 K (depending upon last drawn salary + interview)
Interview process:
1st round on skype
2nd round with State Head - Sales on zoom
Qualification - Any graduate
Should preferably have a vehicle to travel.
