- Position Hiring for: Inside Sales Associates/Term insurance
- Report to: Manager
- Working Days: 5 Days 2 Days off (Roster)
- Job Location: Gurgaon
- Qualification: Under Graduates / Graduates / MBA
- Experience: 6 Month to 2 Years of experience in relevant field (Sales of Term/Life Insurance & Ulip/Investment Plan)
- Salary: Based on current salary. (Hike as per Industry Norms)

Job Description-
- Selling of Life Insurance Policy to the leads generated through Digital Marketing.
- Have to Deal with term/Investment/ULIP Plan
- The quality of lead will be very fine
- Interested leads will be provided by the company.
- No cold calling or random calling.
- Leads will be from interested customers.
- Day shift (9.30 am to 6.30:00pm) - Fixed timings.
- Its 5 days working company. The candidates will be given 2 weekly off as per the roster which means there will be no fixed off.
- Fixed salary + High incentives.
- Other monetary incentives to the employees (confidential)
