Job Description

Hi caregivers,

We are looking for compassionate and empathetic caregivers, who can help elders live peacefully. The job role would be taking care of the elder, part time, full time. Helping them with chores, taking them for a walk, helping with personal hygiene, changing diapers if needed for bedridden elders, spend time with elder to keep them company.

Good communication skills, especially in the local language and/or English
Experience assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and toileting
Availability to work flexible shifts, including night or 24-hour care if needed
0-2 years of experience in caregiving
Must be located within a commutable distance to Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Should know at least 2 languages

This role involves providing both physical and emotional support, helping clients maintain independence and dignity. The ideal candidate is someone who is patient, empathetic, and attentive to the needs of others. No formal medical training is required for general caregiving, though prior experience and certifications in personal care or nursing assistance are considered an advantage.
