For our client, an international staffing company, we are looking for a Cargo Sales Representative - Recruitment and Staffing Services
Salary Range: $900 USD per month + Commission – Depending on experience
Location: Germany – Remote
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients looking for staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR and procurement decision-makers.
- Present, promote, and sell tailored recruitment solutions to companies across various industries.
- Conduct client needs analysis to match staffing services with specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to client acquisition and revenue generation.
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment cycles, client needs, and market trends.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluent in English
