CASA Sales Officer / Assistant Manager
The candidate should be ok with field sales
Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products
An assistant manager is usually responsible for scheduling employees, training new employees, and hiring new employees.
Depending on the industry they may also be asked to handle escalated customer complaints as they often work in a customer facing role
The salary package depends on experience and can go up to 5 Lacs
