Job Description
Accurate Transactions & keeping transparency
Speed up services (Reduce waiting time for customer)
Maintaining Finance record (Daily Cash, online payments)
Reduce mistakes or mismanagement also prevent frauds & errors
keeping desk clean and fresh
Maintaining Hygiene
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure all amounts are correctly recorded at the start and end of the shift.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts and that there is adequate change.
Reconcile sales transactions and prepare end-of-day reports or summaries.
Deposit cash safely as per company procedures and maintain cash register reports.
