Requirements:
1. Film Enthusiast with basic Social Media skills
2. Basic knowledge and understanding of all the various departments found on a film set
3. Excellent Spoken/Written English Communication
4. Comfortable with long working hours, great with management skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
7. Should have knowledge of video/phone camera and MS Excel
8. Ability to multi-task and delegate; You would be involved in other film departments from time to time as per the need.
9. An Extrovert/Ambivert who has no problem reaching out to people

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling auditions, look tests and meetings;
2. Arranging and maintaining a database of actors/models;
3. Receiving incoming communication, reviewing content, determining importance, and taking
necessary action;
4. Follow project timelines and teams for completion of milestones as per timelines
reported
5. Maintaining and tracking reports as per timelines
6. Conducting relevant research on instructions of the director
7. Supporting the Direction team in the execution and creative feedback
8. Creating pitch decks whenever necessary
11. Tracking daily progress against the filming production schedule
12. Preparing daily call sheets

Location: Hauz Khas
This is a 4-month long internship that will lead to an entry-level position, candidates with years of experience need not apply
Delhi NCR Based candidates with their Own Laptops preferred
For Outside Delhi Candidates, apply only if you can attend the on-location interview in Delhi and can relocate immediately
AD Films and Short Films Experience might be a plus but candidates who have never worked on a full-length feature film will have to start as an intern.
