Job Description
Facilitate and manage the patient admission process (cash and insurance).
Coordinate room allocation as per patient category and availability.
Verify and collect necessary documents such as ID proofs, insurance papers, doctor prescriptions, etc.
Ensure accurate data entry into the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Provide clear communication to patients and attendants regarding hospital policies and admission procedures.
Coordinate with TPA, billing, nursing, and medical staff for seamless patient onboarding.
Maintain and update daily MIS reports related to admissions.
