Responsibilities

• Looking for an experienced e-seller having experience of e-commerce catalog & operations

• Responsible for onboarding sellers and activating them on Live Box - Magento marketplace.

• Responsible for listing beauty and fashion catalogues on Live Box - Magento marketplace.

• Implementing changes and updates to product descriptions and product keywords for slow moving products.

• Accurate and timely orders fulfilment via Shiprocket tool, Communication with Sellers, stock reconciliation, RTO processing claim settlement.

• Regularly track inventory on all brands and manage stock availability.

• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of competitive products.

• Monitors  catalog by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

• Continuous assessment of Competitor s prices & strategy.

• Must have superior organizational and time awareness skills
