Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Understand and implement Flipkart catalog quality guidelines
Write rich product descriptions using basic product information shared by sellers
Enhance product discoverability by selecting appropriate search keywords
Perform quality check (QC) of the created content
Create product catalogs on the Flipkart Web Site
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect the work done
Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
Good written and oral communication skills in English is essential
Experience in developing product catalog/website content/content developments desirable
Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform Root Cause Analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution
Ability to deal with ambiguity use discretion and judgment to take decisions on critical business tasks based on available information
Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and a strong work ethic.
Consistent effort, intense commitment, perseverance, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.

JOB DETAILS
1. Listing products on e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc within timelines
2. Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions
3. Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information
4. Co-ordinate with external photography studios for catalog shoots
5. Develop relationships with e-commerce portal POCs
6. Coordinate with various internal teams like Sourcing, eCommerce, Marketing, and Warehouse teams
7. Ensure that ongoing offers / promotions etc are accurately reflected on online marketplaces
8. Track KPIs of products to ensure visibility and sales
9. Identify opportunities and trends in market and highlight them internally
