Job Description
Recovery Market sales executive’s primary role is to make the loss to zero which ninjacart is
facing due to dump vegetables & fruits (Unsold, returns, grading loss ). Currently, the recovery
channel is through the traditional way like how farmers are selling their produce in markets.
Executive should be present in the market and oversee the sales which happens in mandi or he
should go on the ground and do sales and make best price out of it.
Purpose of Recovery Market Sales Executive Role at Ninjacart:
1. Recovery: Maintaining recovery (Recovered Value Vs Dump Value) of SKUs
sold. Grade A @ 110 % above and Grade B @ 60 % above
2. Cash Handling: He should be very trustworthy & bring in exact sale value which he
made in the market to system on daily basis and should submit the cash to finance and
maintain zero outstanding.
Category team is responsible for analyzing market trends, pricing & quality benchmarking of
FnV across various markets. It acts as a bridge that connects procurement & sales teams by
sourcing, maintaining stock and driving product penetration and sale volume among customers.

Customer Intelligence - To understand customer needs & problems and work
with sales team to effectively solve the same.
