Job Description
Roles:
• Handling the inbound calls of customers related to queries, complaints, technical issues, etc.
• Giving proper resolution to the call.
• Being updated with the latest information.
• Giving proper communication for all the calls.
Essential Requirement:
1. Should have Good verbal communication skills.
2. Should be fluent in English and Kannada or Hindi.
3. Immediate joiners are preferred.
4. Freshers and Experienced are welcomed.
5. Work location – Richmond Road, Bangalore.
6. Should be flexible to do rotational shifts.
