Job Description
Will be responsible to provide Cisco ,Microsoft ,Networking training to students.
To take in-house batches of MCSE AZURE,RHCE AWS at Bsoft Campus.
Will be required to provide 15 day crash course .
Should have ability to learn and re - deliver in short time span.
AWS Certified Solution Architect – Associate level Knowledge and ability to take care Online & Offline Batches.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 24 months
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Course Delivery
-
Conduct interactive and hands-on training sessions in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert), and AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Deliver sessions as per predefined curriculum and adjust teaching methods based on student needs and backgrounds.

Ensure students understand theoretical concepts and are also prepared for practical and real-world applications.
2. Curriculum Development

Design and update course materials, lab exercises, assessments, and presentations.

Create training documentation, reference guides, and study materials aligned with industry certification standards.

Ensure the syllabus is aligned with the latest updates from Cisco, Microsoft, and AWS.
3. Lab Setup & Practical Sessions
-
Set up and maintain lab environments including routers, switches, virtual machines, Windows servers, and AWS cloud platforms.

Guide students through real-time troubleshooting, network simulations, system configurations, and cloud deployment exercises.
4. Student Evaluation & Support

Conduct regular assessments, mock exams, and certification test preparations.

Provide individual mentoring and doubt-solving sessions to improve student performance.

Track attendance, progress, and feedback to ensure positive learning outcomes.
5. Professional Development & Industry Awareness

Stay updated with the latest trends in networking, systems, and cloud technologies.

Maintain current certifications and participate in webinars, workshops, and seminars.

Share insights on industry demands, certifications, and job opportunities with students.
6. Corporate / Workshop Training (Optional)

Deliver specialized or customized training programs to corporate clients if required.

Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and guest lectures on advanced IT topics.
