Key Responsibilities:

CCTV Installation:
- Perform the installation of CCTV cameras at customer premises, ensuring proper placement for optimal coverage and functionality.
- Set up and connect the cameras to the central recording and monitoring systems.
- Install necessary wiring and configure cameras for live feed and recording.
CCTV Repair & Maintenance:
- Diagnose and repair faulty CCTV systems, including cameras, DVR/NVR, monitors, and other components.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to camera malfunctions, video loss, or system connectivity.
- Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV systems and perform routine maintenance tasks to avoid system downtimes.
CCTV Service & Support:
- Provide after-sales service to clients, ensuring that CCTV systems are functioning smoothly.
- Conduct periodic check-ups and servicing of CCTV cameras, ensuring that they remain in good condition.
- Offer advice on best practices to maintain and improve the performance of CCTV systems.
Online Configuration & Integration:
- Configure CCTV systems for remote access, allowing clients to monitor their cameras online via mobile apps, web browsers, or other platforms.
- Assist clients in setting up online portals and ensuring that their CCTV systems are properly linked to the cloud or other remote monitoring solutions.
- Provide troubleshooting for online connectivity issues and assist in configuring secure access to CCTV footage.
Emergency Support & Response:
- Provide on-call and emergency support for clients experiencing urgent issues with their CCTV systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair or installation requests in a professional manner.
- Work under pressure in urgent situations to ensure minimal disruption to the client’s security needs.
Customer Interaction & Service:
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their CCTV system issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Offer clear instructions to customers regarding system setup, usage, and maintenance.
- Provide timely updates to clients about the status of their service or repair requests.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, installations, and configurations.
- Prepare reports on completed work, including detailed descriptions of issues, solutions, and customer feedback.
- Report any major issues or recurring problems to the management team for further action.
