Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site
· Installation of CCTV (IP & HD)
· Troubleshoot Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, Computers and other hardware.
· Required Experience, Skills and Qualification of basic knowledge of networks
Technical Skills Required: IP Networking, Video Resolution Management, Motion Detection, DVR/NVR Systems Management of CCTV
Skills:

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CCTV systems, cameras, recording devices, and surveillance technologies (IP-based and analog).

Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues with CCTV cameras, recording devices, and related equipment.

Wiring & Cabling: Expertise in running cables for video transmission and power, including knowledge of coaxial, Ethernet, or fiber optic cables.

System Integration: Knowledge of integrating CCTV systems with other security systems, such as alarms or access control systems.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with video management software (VMS), DVR/NVR systems, and mobile monitoring applications.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with clients, understand their security needs, and explain technical concepts in a simple manner.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring all installations meet quality standards and client requirements.
