Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Configuration:

Install and configure CCTV systems, including IP and analog cameras.

Set up and maintain DVR/NVR systems, video management software, and storage solutions.

Integrate CCTV with other security systems like access control and alarms.

Ensure proper cabling, mounting, and positioning of cameras for optimal coverage.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform regular system inspections, updates, and maintenance.

Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Replace defective components and ensure minimal downtime.

Conduct system upgrades and firmware updates when necessary.
Technical Support & Training:

Provide technical support to customers and team members.

Assist clients with remote access setup and troubleshooting.

Train end-users on CCTV system operation and basic troubleshooting.
System Monitoring & Testing:

Test and calibrate CCTV cameras to ensure clear video quality.

Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
-
Ensure compliance with industry security and safety standards.
Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Document system configurations, settings, and user manuals.

Generate reports on system performance and security incidents.
