Reporting To: Technical Manager / Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on CCTV Technician to join our growing technical team. The role involves day-to-day CCTV installation, cabling, configuration, and maintenance work at client locations across Delhi-NCR. Whether you are a fresher eager to learn or an experienced technician ready to take on new challenges, we offer opportunities to grow in a field-based, practical environment.
Candidates with their own two-wheeler will be preferred, and conveyance allowance will be provided for client-site travel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CCTV Installation & Setup
-
Install CCTV cameras (indoor/outdoor) at client premises including homes, offices, shops, warehouses, etc.

Mount cameras on walls, poles, ceilings, and brackets as per client requirements.

Ensure proper alignment, focus, and field of view during installation.
2. Cable Laying & Termination
-
Lay and route different types of cables including coaxial, Cat5/Cat6, and power cables.

Terminate and crimp connectors (RJ45, BNC, etc.) securely and professionally.

Use tools such as drilling machines, cable testers, and crimping tools during installations.
3. DVR/NVR Configuration

Install and configure DVR (Digital Video Recorder) or NVR (Network Video Recorder) systems.

Connect CCTV cameras to DVR/NVR, ensure correct channel mapping and camera functionality.

Set up recording settings, motion detection, storage limits, and backup options.
4. Network Setup and Integration
-
Assist in connecting DVR/NVR to routers and configuring local IP addresses.

Enable remote access via mobile apps (Android/iOS) and desktop viewers.

Troubleshoot connectivity or networking issues during remote viewing setup.
5. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
-
Respond to service calls for camera failure, cable faults, DVR issues, or video loss.

Clean, inspect, and maintain installed systems regularly.

Replace or repair faulty hardware or connections as needed.
6. Client Communication & Support
-
Coordinate with clients and understand their security requirements during site visits.

Provide basic training to clients on using CCTV systems, viewing footage, and mobile access.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach while representing the company at client sites.
Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:
-
ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant technical trade preferred

10th or 12th pass candidates with relevant skills will also be considered

Technical Skills:
-
Basic knowledge of CCTV camera types (Dome, Bullet, IP, PTZ)

Familiarity with DVR/NVR systems, power adapters, PoE switches, etc.

Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow installation plans

Basic networking knowledge (IP address, router setup) is a plus

Use of hand tools and electrical safety practices
