Job Title: CCTV Technician
Location: In and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience + Petrol allowance
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in CCTV installation, maintenance, and computer services. The role involves visiting customer locations in and around Coimbatore for on-site installations, troubleshooting, and support. Candidates with additional technical certifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of surveillance equipment.

Set up and configure DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, analog cameras, and network connections.

Assist customers with CCTV-related technical issues and provide timely support.

Conduct site visits for new installations, assessments, and service calls.

Collaborate with the technical support team and maintain service documentation.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude during all interactions.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on site.
Technical Skills Required:
-
Strong hands-on experience in CCTV camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of different types of cameras (IP, analog, PTZ, etc.) and recording systems (DVR/NVR).

Understanding of networking basics – IP addressing, routing, LAN setups.
-
Familiarity with computer hardware/software, system configurations, and basic repairs.

Ability to handle tools, cabling, and mounting work safely and effectively.
Job Requirements:

Minimum years of experience in CCTV and computer service-related work prefer.

Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license.

Willing to travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas.

Good communication skills in Tamil (English or Hindi is a plus).

Must be punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly.

Should be capable of working independently or as part of a team.
