Job Description
Position Summary
We are hiring a motivated and responsible CCTV Technician to join our field service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, biometric attendance devices, video door phones, and IPBX systems. Freshers are welcome to apply—on-the-job training will be provided.
This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to travel to local and outstation project sites. The technician will be expected to take full ownership of installation tasks and project execution under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test CCTV camera systems (analog and IP-based).

Install and configure biometric attendance devices and access control systems.

Set up and support video door phones (VDP) and intercom units.

Assist in the installation and basic configuration of IPBX (IP-based telephone systems).

Route cables, mount equipment, and perform structured wiring for devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware installation and basic network connectivity.

Provide customer support for installed systems and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Maintain accurate records of site visits, installations, and service reports.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal project managers to ensure timely completion of work.

Travel to outstation project sites as and when required (travel allowances provided).

Take complete ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks and report daily progress.
Required Qualifications

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass or ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

Basic understanding of electrical wiring, cabling, and electronic devices.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and tools.

Good communication skills and customer handling ability.

Physically fit and willing to work on ladders, rooftops, and in field environments.

Must be willing to travel to outstation locations when required.

Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible for project timelines.
