Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the careers of multiple artists, including scheduling, budgeting, and negotiating contracts
2. Work with artists to develop and implement creative strategies to help them reach their goals
3. Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including agents, publishers, and record labels
4. Identify and secure opportunities for artists, including performances, commissions, and collaborations
5. Oversee the production of artist projects, including album releases, tours, and exhibitions
6. Manage and support artists through the creative process, providing feedback and guidance as needed
7. Ensure that artists' rights and interests are protected at all times
