Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Project Research and Auditions: Assist in identifying suitable projects for clients by researching upcoming casting calls, audition requirements, and industry trends. Support actors in preparing for auditions and callbacks
2. Event and Appearance Coordination: Help organize and manage logistics for actors' appearances at film festivals, award ceremonies, premieres, and other high-profile events. Includes coordinating with stylists, makeup artists, and publicists
3. Public Relations Support: Work closely with the PR team to help manage the actors' public image. This includes assisting in creating press releases, preparing actors for interviews, and managing a social media presence
4. Portfolio Management: Assist in maintaining and updating actors' portfolios, including headshots, reels, and professional bios
5. Contract and Negotiation Support: Provide administrative support during contract negotiations, ensuring that all documents are accurately prepared and filed. Learn about the key components of contracts and agreements in the entertainment industry
6. Networking and Industry Events: Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to gain insights and build relationships within the entertainment sector
7. Personal Brand Development: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance the personal brand and marketability of actors, including charitable activities, endorsements, and social media campaigns
8. Administrative Duties: Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the talent management team, such as scheduling meetings, answering correspondence, and managing travel arrangements
