Job Description
- Driving Marketing & Sales target assigned monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Responsible for the entire center with respect to acheiving Billing, Collection & Operation
- Responsibility to arrange in house & college seminar to create awareness about our products and courses
- Promotional activities for enrolling candidates for course and Ensuring successful completion of Enquiry to Admission
- Ensuring maintaining & tracking enquiry/ business related reports.
- Scheduling the batches for various courses offered by IANT.
- Grooming & developing staff members for undertaking additional responsibility & achievement of targets. Provide Leadership for improving performance.
- Branch Co-ordination & Motivating Branch Staff for Target Achievement
- Documentation, Data Management & Analysis
- Check on Quality Delivery of training program
- Marketing Intelligence:-
- Determine Latest trends in the market in respect of services being marketed by the company initiate necessary changes.
