Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments within the center.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.

Coordinate with other departments like HR, finance, logistics, or marketing to support center needs.
2. Staff Supervision and Team Leadership
-
Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, including administrative staff, sales executives, service personnel, and support teams.

Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

Motivate the team to achieve their individual and group targets while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Address staffing issues such as conflicts, absenteeism, and performance management in coordination with HR.
3. Customer Service and Client Relations

Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained.

Handle complex customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.

Gather customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights and suggestions.
4. Financial and Budgetary Management

Monitor and manage the center’s budget, expenses, and financial performance.

Ensure billing, invoicing, collections, and reporting are accurate and timely.

Analyze financial statements, prepare operational reports, and take action to control costs and increase profitability.

Meet or exceed revenue and profit targets set by senior management.
5. Sales and Business Development

Drive business growth by promoting the center’s services and expanding the customer base.

Participate in local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the community or industry.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve enrollment, service, or product targets (depending on industry).
6. Facility and Asset Management

Ensure the physical infrastructure, equipment, and technology at the center are in good working condition.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as necessary.

Manage inventories, stock levels, and procurement processes.
-
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional appearance of the facility.
7. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of operations, employee attendance, client interactions, and inventory.

Prepare regular reports for upper management covering key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges.

Ensure all legal and compliance-related documentation is up to date and accessible.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential:

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a center-based or service-driven industry.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.

Proficiency in using business software such as MS Office, CRM systems, and operations tools.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred:
