Job Description
You will begin in an individual contributor role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byjus way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique Byjus way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone. Training: All selected candidates will be part of a 2 weeks training process under the Applicant Trainee Program. Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Center Sales Associates, Also, Only after confirmation of the role, they will start work at their
Role Location: Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Delhi
The selected candidates will undergo the Applicant Trainee Sales program for the first two weeks. This includes two weeks of class room training Post successful completion of the ATS program, the candidate would be inducted as Center Sales Associate.
The CTC is given below:
INR 5.5 LPA fixed pay+ INR 3 LPA performance pay Total CTC - 8.5 LPA
Experience - 0 to 3
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generating Qualified leads over calls
- Fixing virtual appointments with customers for Demos
- Closing the deal & generating revenue
- Preferred Skill Sets:
- Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
- Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
- Having a knack for sales
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Age limit is up to 32 Years.
- Should have their own Laptop
