Department/ Wing: e Governance
Education:
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.Sc strong exposure on SDLC.
Skill:
- QMS, ISO,ISMS CMMI, Six Sigma , quality culture , quality operations
- Must have attended Intro to CMMI Training
- Creation of Internal maturity frame work.
- Candidates must have IT background
Exp:
- 5 + years
- Should have experience of implementing processes required to achieve and sustain relevant ISO and CMMI certifications in software engineering environment. and conducting quality assurance activities
- Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree with strong exposure on SDLC
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Excellent coaching, training skills
- Strong ability to develop and manage client relationships
