Centre Manager/Scientific Officer job Position in IIT Mandi on temporary basis

Minimum Qualification: PhD in Engineering (ECE/EE/EEE/Inst) or Microelectronics/ VLSI/ Electronics/ Experimental Semiconductors Physics/Electronic Sciences/Materials Science / Nanotechnology with at least two years of relevant experience in academic or research institution. OR M.Tech./MSc. with at least 10 years of relevant experience in academic or research institution.

Desirable: Working experience in EBL/AFM/Lithography/Sputtering/C-V, I-V analyzer etc.

Other desirable skills and experience: Four years’ experience in managing nano fabrication facility or advanced clean room facility with core responsibilities in operations and handling of instrument and other facilities. OR Four years’ experience working in a Clean Room work environment, preferably in IITs, IISc or reputed Government/Public Sector electronic industry. OR

Five years’ experience working with systems for Electronic Device Fabrication& Characterizations. The candidate should be able to read, write and speak both, English and Hindi. However, fluency in English is essential for the post. *Criteria may be relaxed for exceptional candidates who have strong managerial abilities with scientific background.

Age : Below 45 years

Salary : Rs. 50000-80000/- (Consolidated) per month inclusive of HRA as per norms depending upon the experience, qualifications etc.
