- His/Her primary responsibility is to drive Insurance Sales through Future Group retail and BTL reference and leads generated by affinity tie-ups
- Educate the Customer about the product
- Lead Generation activity @ the Mall and by conducting BTL activity
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Close the leads assigned by the call center team
- Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updating in Maximizer
- Customer Servicing
- Collection of Renewals
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
