Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute tailored change management strategies that minimize business disruption and maximize employee adoption across manufacturing, operations, and IT
Stakeholder Management & Leadership Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding them to become effective change sponsors. Engage with global cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough change impact and readiness assessments to identify potential bottlenecks, cultural hurdles, and areas of resistance
Communication & Training: Design comprehensive communication plans to convey change objectives, timelines, and benefits. Develop and deliver training content to prepare employees for new processes
Governance & Tooling: Govern the change management framework and toolkit. Build and lead a community of Change Management experts to share best practices and upskill the organization
Metrics & KPIs: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of change initiatives, ensuring measurable improvements in operational efficiency and user adoption
