Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Promote and sell the company's products/services in the assigned territory.

Identify and convert potential leads into customers through personal networks, market research, and local outreach.

Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the partner agreement.
2. Market Expansion and Penetration:

Expand customer base and geographic reach through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer demands, and competitive offerings.

Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high service satisfaction.

Coordinate with company teams for technical support, logistics, and post-sales services.
4. Branding and Representation:

Act as a local ambassador of the brand, maintaining professionalism and brand integrity.

Conduct local promotional activities, attend trade fairs, and participate in sales events or demos as required.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to company policies.
5. Reporting and Coordination:

Submit regular sales and customer activity reports to the company.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, leads, and client details.

Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, payments, and inventory.
6. Business Operations Support:

Manage basic administrative tasks like quotations, invoices, and collection follow-ups.

Ensure timely payment collections as per agreed credit terms.

Maintain stock levels and coordinate replenishments if operating a local stock point.
