Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospects and partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings seminars, local events and other means to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
- Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
- Generate Data lists for identified target segments and do outbound “cold-calling”
- Recruit, nurture and manage channel partners in assigned territory in terms of Sales enablement, support and business reviews.
- Assist regional channel marketing efforts such as EDM, contact programs etc
- Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management, product management and account management to facilitate the execution of new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
- Individual contributor role
- Work experience should include a minimum of 5 years in an IT sales, Channel Management or sales support.
- Preference would be given to personnel experienced in Inside/Tele Sales.
- Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of CRM and MS Office is a must.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Exposure to international market will be an advantage.
