Job Description

Position Title: Channel Support- Team Leader
Department Channel Support
Reporting to (Title) Manager – Channel Support

Job Purpose 
The Channel Support- Team Leader is responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance to the assigned bank. The role involves coordinating and executing reports, managing escalations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Role and Responsibility:    
Installation & De-installation Support for bank
Supporting bank in resolving merchant complaint for escalated cases
Bank Inventory report & Device management as per bank requirement
Co-ordination with Field team for various report & field Activities
Co-ordination with Bank for MIS/Installation/Service calls etc. 

Educational Qualification 
Graduate in any stream
 - Salary Up To 3.5 LPA 

Skills and experience:
0-1 Year Exp in Merchant Acquiring Business (POS)
Basic knowledge of the Merchant acquiring business.
Good In excel, MIS report preparation (e.g. Installation, Service Report)
