ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should Have Working Knowledge Of Auditing For IndAS.
- Executing Audit In An Effective And Efficient Manner.
- Review Of Work Executed By Staff.
- Review Quality Of Work Performed By Team And Monitor Assignment Progress.
- Gain Understanding Of Client Operations, Processes, And Business Objectives And Utilize That Knowledge On Engagements
- Lead Multiple Audit Assignments Simultaneously.
- Highlight Issues In Assignments And Communicate To Partner-In-Charge.
- Ensure That Audit Documentation Is In Compliance With Quality Standards Of The Firm.
- Provide Training, Coaching To Team Members To Assist Them.
- Demonstrate Maturity, Poise And Self-Confidence In Managing Self And Dealing With Colleagues.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Chartered Accountant With 1-3 Years’ Experience Will Be Preferred.
- Fresh CA’s May Apply For The Job Role.
- Excellent Analytical, Technical, Auditing And Project Management Skills.
- Excellent Written And Oral Communications; Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong Skills In Microsoft Office 365 Or Greater, Including MS Word, Outlook, Excel And PowerPoint.
